MACC participated in Encontro Ciência 2022

MACC participated in Encontro Ciência 2022, an annual meeting dedicated to science, technology, and innovation in Portugal.

Our researcher João Barbosa was part of the round table that discussed “Technological capabilities of the RNCA Operational Centers and use cases” along with Jorge Gomes, from INCD, Pedro Alberto, from LCA, and Miguel Avillez, from HPC-UÉ.

The event took place in Lisbon, between 16th and 18th of May, and aimed at promoting the interaction and dialogue between the participants and fostering new collaborations.

“This roundtable gives to MACC a chance to present its contribution to making HPC resources available to the national scientific community, and more importantly to promote the use of computational resources in national research workflow”, said João Barbosa, MACC researcher.
